When you received the credentials
You will receive your details, dont just straight up login. Depending the account you will need an OTP, Which you will have access to because you have access to the email.

Logging into account and email
When purchasing as you know you received full access, to get access to the email for resetting password, or if the site required otp to login, the emails usually arrive in yopmail, which is a temporary email you can just straight up login to on yopmail and you instantly have access to the inbox, no password required. Or if your account arrives as a yahoo or gmail it will be a non create email which means you just need to create the email with the exact credentials we provide you, the email doesnt exist on gmail / yahoo but on the account it is registered to that email if that makes sense, then you can simply get the OTPs and change the email and password.

Once successfully logged in
Once youve logged in, your set. Your completely fine to change the credentials to your own if you wish. Goodluck!
